Shipping Policy
  • We deliver orders to the nearest parcel terminal located close to the address specified by the customer.

  • Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the recipient's region and the chosen delivery method.

  • After receiving the order, we recommend checking the item's condition. If any damage occurs during transportation, the customer must contact us within the specified period and provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Order details

  • If the damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or compensation.

  • We ship orders to all EU countries.

  • Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy
  • A return is possible within 14 days from the date of receiving the item.

  • To request a return or exchange under warranty, the customer must:

  • Provide proof of purchase (receipt, order number)

  • Submit photos of any damages or defects

  • Return the item in its original packaging

  • In the case of damage during shipping, the seller may offer an exchange, refund, or compensation if the customer provides photos of the damage and packaging. 

  • A refund is issued after the returned item has been inspected.

  • The cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in advance.
